Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to or reading HiddenCarrots, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the newsletter.
What the newsletter is
HiddenCarrots is a free newsletter that goes out roughly once a month, on the first Saturday. We do not guarantee a publishing schedule, and we can change, pause, or stop the newsletter at any time.
Intellectual property
The writing, the Diggs character, and all artwork are owned by the operator. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back. You may not republish full issues, and you may not use Diggs commercially.
Your submissions
If you reply to the newsletter, we may quote your reply in a future issue. We credit you by first name unless you ask us not to. If you would rather we never quote you, just say so.
Third party links
We link out to other sites. We do not control what is on the other end, and we are not responsible for it.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The content is provided as is. It is opinion and commentary, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the newsletter or the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we note it in an issue.
